About

A bit about me

I spent three years in EY-Parthenon's transaction diligence practice, working on deals with $40M to $115M of target EBITDA across healthcare services, consumer, and industrials. I built the models, ran the tie-outs, and managed the teams doing the first pass. That work taught me what buyers actually pay for and, more usefully, where deals fall apart: usually because nobody on the seller's side had ever looked at the numbers the way a buyer does.

I left in 2025 to start Boardroom Advisory and bring that lens to the businesses that were always on the other side of my deals. For owners, that's the Diagnostic: your numbers rebuilt the way a buyer or lender would read them, the KPIs that actually drive the business, and a ranked plan of what to fix. For buyers, I manage the numbers through the deal: the model, the risks, and how much process the deal really needs.

I was also the finance lead for a healthcare services roll-up, where I built the framework and KPI reporting the platform uses to evaluate the businesses it buys. So the advice here isn't theory; it's work that's been run live.
